第二天，杭州一日游。

一大早，就赶去了上海火车站，然后又转车去火车站南站。一路上都是在和时间赛跑。呵呵。。

到杭州的动车。1个小时班的车程就可以到达杭州了。车票大约马币三十元哦。

听过白蛇传吗？白蛇就是被法海困在这塔内。

大雄宝殿。不知道小叮当宝殿在哪里呢？呵呵。。

运木古井。那里有个济公的塑像。这口井流传着一段有关济公运木建庙的故事。

这是西湖上最豪华的船哦！

美丽的白孔雀。可是他们的叫声还真的蛮刺耳的。>.<

品尝西湖名产-龙井茶。。。

丝绸批发商店。原来蚕丝被摸起来的感觉还真舒服叻。。可是好贵。。>.<

最后，去了河坊街。买了些纪念品和一些吃的东西。发现了这武大郎饼摊。可是人太多了，拍不到他们的古装扮相。胖胖的潘金莲和矮矮的武大郎。呵呵。。。

晚餐，四川麻辣豆腐，水煮鱼还有麻辣豆干。好辣啊。。=P

上海之旅。。。

第一次乘坐国际航线，机舱的设计和之前飞去东马的飞机不太一样。

我的宵夜，太丰富了。肥死了！呵呵。。。

凌晨2点的飞机，五个小时的路程，觉得自己没什么睡到觉。隐约还可以听见别的乘客打呼。。 ==’’
到上海了！！！

还没下机前，必须进行体温测量。。我的天啊，看到那些工作人员穿成这样，心里都觉得怕怕的。

浦东机场好大啊。。。
废话不多说。第一天，就去了陆家嘴附近走走。。
上海海洋水族馆。。。

最有代表性的上海东方明珠铁塔，好美哦。。晚上会更美哦！

附近有个休闲公园和走道，很写意的感觉。。

我的晚餐，鼎泰丰的上海小笼包，炸排骨和炸酱面。=）

Silent all these months...

It's been so many months since the last time I updated my blog in October... Life does not have much changes anyway. It just that I feel like I am getting bored with this life...

Today is the 5th day of New Year. Kinda sad because it is coming to an end soon. I don't really have new year mood this time. Maybe because I was sick on the New Year's Eve. Did not even watch the Chinese New Year Countdown Show.. I wish I can go back to CNY eve... Need to wait for next year ad...

This year, visiting relatives' houses, having gathering with friends, yum cha, gambling, eating and watching tv are still going on. It is just that I can't feel the happiness of the new year. Feeling a bit sad.. This is a quiet new year... Maybe without my grandma's food in this new year. Somehow, I feel that this new year is lack of something that I always take it for granted...

Kinda sad... Erm... Need to back KL again on Monday. After that, I will be busy in practising for the Tan Sri's Birthday Celebration Performance. Can you imagine I need to dance on a stage in front of so many people? OMG... Wish me luck ya... Hehe...

Guess what is this black color square little thingy that looks like a rubber?? It is a dark chocolate. Hehe.. Wanna try some? =P

With this little update about my life, I hope this new year will get better and better. I have to be stronger. =)

I am back to Johor again. This is the second time in October. But don't know why I am feeling very tired. My life in KL is getting bad after my aunty went to Shang Hai. Everyday, it takes one and half hour forme to reach the office with the possiblity of getting late sometimes. Every weekend, I have to go to buy vegetables and meat to cook. OMG...

Getting frustrated with this public transport life. Those stuffy and crowded buses and LRT making me so bad mood everyday. And also taking of risk of being meeting up accident as the drivers always drive so recklessly.. :-

There was one day that I shouted at a pervert that is trying to disturb other passengers including me in the bus. Haiz... where is my patience??? I hope I can say goodbye to this public transport life soon!!! As we getting older, life is not as imple as before. I miss my primary, secondary, matriculation and university life...

Haiz... Maybe I should just stop complaining. That day, when I told my colleagues about my long journey to work, got one guy answered me "Stop complaining, just buy a car and solve all your problems." Easier to be said than done. >.

Sigh....Let's close this topic. End of the story about my sad working life...

I miss my last weekend so much...

By the way, High School Musical 3 is out!!! I am hoping to find someone to watch it with me. Last night, my ex-housemate told me that she is going to watch it today at Kuching. Wow... There i another musical type movie, Mamma Mia. I also have not watched it.

Aiya... So boring at KL... Maybe I am just feeling lonely here... Too lazy to go out or even ask my friends out. Getting introvert lately... What's wrong with me?! >.<

At least, looking at these pictures can make my mood feel better. Feel like wanna go shopping. Huhu.. =P

Happy Mooncake Festival =D

Tomorrow is Mooncake Festival. This year, I will be in KL. Unlike the previous years in UNIMAS, this time there will be no assignments, no celebrations. Kinda miss the university life. I still remember the last time I played "tang lung" was in UNIMAS. My first year of study. That night, I looked up at the full moon in the sky and missing the Mooncake Festival celebration in my hometown.

When I was in primary school, there will be lots of activities uring Mooncake Festival. I will take part in the drawing competition or calligraphy. Haha. So artist type. =P

Missing the time that I accompanying my brother go around the housing area with the little "tang lung" in our hands. Too bad that brother has grown up, I got no reason to go out play "tang lung" anymore. Haha... and also playing cooking the grass nd playing with fire. Hehe... Miss those childhood days with no worries...

Despite all these playing childish thingy, there is one thing that make me feel glad to be in west Malaysia this time is that I got to eat my favourite Shang Hai mooncake. Hehe... Missed it for 3 times because I was in UNIMAS studying that time.

This year, I will be watching the full moon in west Malaysia. No more full moon from sky in UNIMAS...

But still the most important thing is to be able to spend time with your love ones...

My current working life still ok. I also cannot find a suitable word to describe how is it whenever people ask me. Anyway, it is just a job, just work, just do whatever people tell you to do. Kinda sad eh...

Last weekend, I was still in Kuching, but now I am in KL... Time flies. Kinda down... I miss Kuching...

Slowly adapting to the working life in Public Bank now. Everyday passes by KLCC, but never have the time to go shopping there. Hehe... So, today I went out shopping alone to buy some office wear. It's been a long time since I went shopping last time. But, the clothes are soooo expensive even after discount!!! OMG...

Yeah Yeah... Yesterday was my convocation ceremony. Having mixed feelings with this graduation. Happy, excited, sad, glad, grateful, and many many more...

Reached Kuching earlier on last Saturday. Managed to spend some time with Ho Sing. Went to all the places that we miss so muchie...

Santubong!!! Hope to see you again soon. =)

In the later few days, I was busy showing my parents around in Kuching town and try some of the special food in Kuching. Thanks Ho Sing for driving us around. Thanks you. =)

My convocation day is a day that full of happy laughter, surprises, gratitude and some sadness... Such a mixed feelings. Happy that I am graduated now. Surprised that there are so many friends and precious person buying me flowers and wishing me all the best on this special day. Sad that I am leaving there soon and I may not be able to come here and have my old study life again...

After all, thank you once again for all my friends who came for my convocation and for those who did not manage to come, thanks for the wishes. I really appreciate them. Luckily I did not cry in tears. Hehe.. =P

Tomorrow, I will continue with my working life. Still in the process of struggling to adapt to this new stage of life. Find it so difficult. There are times that I really feel like wanna give up, but I know I cannot do this. I have many dreams and promises to be realised. And I believe life will be getting better after all these bitterness of life. =)

A short term holiday...

Just completed my industrial training last Friday. In the previous week, so many surprising thingy happen on me. Things like got a chance to have interview, got a new job offer with a better salary and working environment and also got an extra internship allowances from my boss. Wow... All these thingy are happened just in one day and I got a solution for some of the problems I was facing that time. Yeah... I am really happy and grateful with I get and what I am having now. I can say that I have nothing more to ask already. Really very happy and contented. Thanks for all the prayers from my family and friends who care about me. Thanks for all the positive energy and encouragement you all have given me. =D

After 10 weeks of industrial training, I got about 3 weeks holiday before I start my work in August. Erm... Kinda looking forward to this new working environment, but at the same time I am feeling nervous and uneasy of shifting to a new environment which I am not familiar with. Would it be enjoyable, stressful or...??? I have no idea. Hope that I can make it through. =)

Another thing is that I may not be able to update my blog so frequently as I start work in future. My 845a.m. - 5.45p.m. working life. >.<

Apart from that, 11- 13 August will be my convocation in UNIMAS. I am looking forward to go back to UNIMAS, to meet my friends, those cute juniors, house mates, lecturers and also to have some local food there. Aloe vera drink, Sarawak Laksa, Teh C Beng and so many more. After this, I think I will miss Kuching very very much!!! The life in Kuching and the people there despite I always complain about the food in UNIMAS sometimes and the transportation system there. Hehe...

This noon, had a meet with my dear friend, Andrew. So happy that I am able to hang out with him again in Malacca. Looks like it is our annual event to "lepak" in Malacca whenever I am down to Malacca. Hehe.

The title sounds so sad. Yeah. I am still a bit bit sad now. June is an eventful month for me. So many things happened. Grandma passed away, just lost a job opportunity, facing stress with the life after my graduation, having conflict within myself, the feeling of trying to meet people's expectations and so on...

Tears, complaining and unhappy faces... All these negative energy are making me so down and depressed. Negative energy can be very scary. Pull you down to a world of darkness. Friends and people around me are trying to make me feel happier and I really appreciate all these. Thanks again. =)

Hope all these dark clouds will be blown away by super strong wind and may the sunshine bright my day soon. =)

Tomorrow is my birthday. And there are friends who asked me what I want for this birthday. Erm... I was speechless... So many wishes popping out in my mind. Have a permanent job, have a new set of facial cleaning set (ya. because the existing one is running out and it is quite expensive >_<), a big bag for working purpose, a pair of new shoes, change my hair color and get myself a pair of contact lenses and.... no more I think. Hehe... Greedyness... Looking forward to the day that I got the salary. But... Have to save save for the coming trip to Unimas. Huh... I wish I have more money to go for a vacation. Have been work, work and work since the day I left Unimas... >_<

Coffee of the day

Last Monday, the new boss in my training company buy us Gloria Jeans Coffee in Dataran Maybank near our office. Reason? Because we reach office 30 minutes earlier. Hehe. Ordered a cup of hot cappuccino. I thought that my sensitiveness to coffee is only toward Nescafe and after I drank that cappuccino, I know that I am wrong. Fast heart beat and headache. Arghhhh… Should have order milk next time. Haha.

These few days, I have been thinking of my future. Where to go and what to do next? Until now, I still have not made up my mind. My interest, my education background, my strengths and weaknesses, transportation and also the company itself are the factors that I have to consider about. Current mood is messy. Like a bunch of wires that are entangled. @-@

My convocation is in the coming August. Hope there will be no more changes because I have bought the air ticket. = =

Another things to share is that there are going to have some changes in my life as I am slowly moving into the next stage of my life which is early adulthood stage. Hehe…

Have been learning to be a more competent and skillful driver in KL. Have been neglected my driving license since I got it in Matriculation College. Sigh… I am still working very hard on it although I do not drive to work everyday. I only get some chances to drive aunty’s car during weekend. Hehe… Kinda stressed about this also. Why am I so timid? Until last night, I had a dream of my aunty ask me to drive her car from PJ to Puchong! My first reaction is “Har???!!!” Looks like I am not ready for this independent life yet. Haha…

Another thing is to be a good and responsible eldest sister in the family. Be able to make a good decision after considering the factors involved and to give constructive and wise advices to my family. Wow. That’s not easy. And I am still learning to be a better person to me, to my family and to the people around me. Sometimes, I do feel depressed of what I have encountered in life. Slowly, I need some time to clear everything and be out of this emotional conflict within myself. Erm… Kinda scary, right? Haha. I need more emotional intelligence!!! Hehe. 5 more weeks to go for my industrial training. *smile*

I am on the way to be independent…

Life is changing...

Everything is changing every day. Have been quite depressed lately. Having some internal conflicts within myself about the future, about which path to take, about my family and also about myself.

People are funny. We tend to miss the things are no longer with us and we would always miss the happy moments that we cannot have it now.

Sad to say that I still cannot adapt to this research assistant life in this company. Maybe I just cannot sitting at a place for too long. I would be screaming for help and I will be complaining. I can say that I am always not satisfied with what I am having now. I don't like this. =(

Have to be grateful with I am having now. I am still learning and I am trying hard to motivate myself and to instill a sense of gratitude in myself.

I may losing something in my life now. I have to grab it and hold it tight. Can I? The fear of losing something when you think that your life would not be the same as you lose the things.

My primary school friends are coming up to KL this weekend and I am looking forward to hang out with them. At least, let me have some time to breathe during this weekend. Looks like I am having great stress here huh. Yeah. I admit it. But it's mostly because of myself. Wish I can have someone to listen to me now. I really hope that. That's all for today. Stories in Thursday morning...

Today is my 4th day of work. Getting used to taking bus early in the morning, then walk to the office, then work, then go back by bus and then eat and sleep. Kinda getting numb with this kind of life. I do not like to work in office that with super cold air condition. It makes my skin so dry and somehow it affect the perspiration mechanism in my body. Sounds funny, right? But, I really don't like this kind of feeling. I know the 3kg that I lose in the last semester is going to be "returned" to me again. >_< Hehe...

This morning, I saw a late adulthood couple is waiting for the bus. I thought they are going to somewhere together. Who knows when the bus arrived, the wife board on the bus, the husband was standing there. When the wife got into the bus, I saw the husband is waving hands saying goodbye to the wife. So sweet... Loving couple. Hehe.. =) And that was the first morning story of the day.

The second one is that there is a makcik cleaner in my office. Every morning, I see her washing those cups left by the workers here. While I was waiting for my turn to wash my own cup this morning, we chit chat for a while. She told me that she work from morning until 5pm here, then she will go to Mid Valley and continue to work. Normally, she only have 2 or 3 hours sleep. When I knew about that, I feel so sad for her. Working so hard, sacrifice the sleeping time, to earn more money for her family in Indonesia. Haiz... Life...

3rd Day of Industrial Training...

Today is my 3rd day in Silva Method here. Reached here quite early because I took the Metro bus instead of the Rapid KL bus which made me waited for 1 hour yesterday. :(
Although Rapid KL bus is more worthy (RM 2 ticket for whole day trip) for a poor fresh graduates like me, it is tiring me for taking 2 buses in order to reach Bangsar here from Jalan University there. After yesterday's lesson, i decided to take Metro bus which cost RM 1.5o per trip and it is easier cos I only have to take this one bus to reach Bangsar. >_<
Kesian me... Hehe...
On my journey to work, the bus will pass by one of the famous shopping mall in KL, Mid Valley. But, it's not the time for me to go shopping anyway. Huhu... Kesian me again... Hehee...
On my first day of work, the boss assigned me to write an article on dream, sleep and sixth sense. Interesting eh. Kinda spiritual thingy. Maybe I can share my knowledge and experience with those who are interested. Hehe...
Yesterday, my colleague passed me a book, The Silva Mind Control Method to read. Well, it's a book that introduce the Silva Mind Control Method and it describes how can we use our mind to improve our memory, self esteem, kicking bad habits and even self healing!!! That's quite interesting. Hehe..
I have to start writing my article now... Otherwise, I have no work to show to my boss on Thursday.
Sorry for no any pictures posting today cos I do not have my handphone cable here. Hope can get it when I am back to Johor next time. =)

Goodbye to UNIMAS, Hello to Bangsar...

Just come back to Johor yesterday. Well, I have left UNIMAS... Kinda sad when I think of I will not longer walking around in UNIMAS and meeting all those friends in UNIMAS... =(
The flight is scheduled to be 8.45am. When we are on the way to airport, Chia Huey received a message from Air Asia that the flight is re-timed to 11am. OMG...
Luckily, we are given a KFC voucher for breakfast. Yeah, "LUCKILY"...
Now, I am still cannot adapt to this life which I am not a student anymore...
This coming Sunday, I will be going to KL and start my internship in Bangsar on Monday. Kinda nervous about starting a new life.
And these few days, I will be busy packing all my stuffs and take some rest at the same time. Hehe...

Last Monday, I had a one day trip to Santubong with Ho Sing. It is famous tourist spot for nature lovers who like to have mountain climbing, jungle trekking, swimming and many more.

The wind blow at the seaside somehow makes me feel relaxed and all the troubles and stress are seemed just so far away… I really like going to the beach!!! =) Hehe. Thanks to our talented photographer, Ho Sing for taking all these nice pictures during the trip. =P This trip to Santubong is a wonderful trip to me and I am looking forward to visit there again next time. Maybe can try to climb Mount Santubong next time. Hehe…

After this, I have to start my revision. There are 4 subjects, Ethnic Relation (something like Malaysian Studies, History. It is a boring subject. All about memorizing.), Human Development Psychology (Life span of human development. From infancy to late adulthood), Natural Language Processing (Parsing, natural language processing in search engine, stemming, AI… Oh my god.) and lastly Phenomenon Cognitive Modelling (Ant system, search techniques and fuzzy logic. -_-''').

Next week will be my exam week and I will be going to back to West Malaysia for industrial training at Bangsar in May. I am graduating soon. Can you imagine that??? My university life is coming to an end and I am moving on to another stage of life, WORKING soon. Wish me luck, k? Hope there will be a better life waiting for me. =)

We always like to compare. Taking ourselves as the standard to measure the people and all the things that happen around us.

We may always tell our parents that please don't compare me with xxx. I am not him/ her. I just want to be who I am. Trying to satisfy people around us. To meet their expectations. To make them happy. To see them happy with what we have done for them. In the end, we are lost.

Sad to say that, making comparison between ourselves with people around us do affect our self confidence. It is always depressing when you feel that you are not as outstanding, appealing, popular or rich as the peers among you. Feeling inferior to those people that are better than us. =(

Sometimes, comparison do motivate us to work harder to be as outstanding or appealing as the person that we want to be. Again, it is all about the standard measurement in yourself. Your definition of success and achievement. Erm...

3 more weeks to go and I will be leaving UNIMAS. Having low level of confidence towards this coming final exam. The fighting spirit is diminishing. Currently, I am still struggling with the FYP report writing. There are still lots of amendments to be made. Also, a project on life span development is in hand. Project title is Sexuality and Aging. -_-" No kidding. It is related to the sexuality and pregnancy in late adulthood. But, it is an interesting topic to read. We do grow old, right? Hehe...

Coming to the end of semester...

A few weeks more, this semester is going to an end. This is my last semester here. Feeling sad as I am leaving soon. Going to start a new life in west Malaysia there. A life that I have no clue or idea in that. I am feeling kinda uneasy. Sometimes, I admit that I am a person that do not like changes. Scared of facing any changes that could make me feel insecure. =(

Meanwhile, some of my friends do looking forward to have their brand new life soon after they graduate. Well, I do not have any feeling of looking forward or eagerness to start this "new life". Everyday, trapped in the traffic jam in KL, taking LRT or buses to work or maybe walking to the office. Haha... Is this what we called simple life???

Currently, I am in busy mode. Final Year Project presentation is coming soon and I am still working on the report writing phase. Going to complete it soon. Yaya. Everything is coming to an end soon. At the same time, I still have 3 assignments in my hands. Huh... I need a break. Hope I can get this through. Must not fall sick in this critical period.

I think I am really scared of falling sick this time. Last 2 weeks, I had to quarantine myself as I am suspected of having Hand, Foot and Mouth Disease. That was a hard time for me. I had to stay in room so that I do not pose any threat to people around me. Sounds serious eh? Well, frankly speaking, it is scary!!!! I do not want to be treated like that again. The feeling of being left alone as people suspect that you are having contagious disease. People are staying away from you. Actually, I am not really being isolated by my friends during that period. They are as usual. I am the one who keep myself away from them. Just worried that I am infected with the disease and it may spread to people around me. Hehe. But, I am all right now. I was just having normal fever and sore throat. I was not infected with that disease anyway. What a relief...

Thanks to Ho Sing, Chia Huey, Pei Ching, my housemates- Chalia, Pelly, Sandra, Siti and Pierina, Tse Peng, my dear friend- Andrew, my family and those friends who show their cares towards me during that time. Thanks for your patience. Hehe...

Every one of us may have different expectations about our life. To be a successful person in many fields, to be a simple person that may not be successful but are contented with what he/she has or be a person that he/she wanna be.

How to become successful? That’s the question that we always ask. Maybe there is no a predefined answer for this. Some people become success because of their hard work. Some may succeed because of a chance of luck. Is it really important for us to be success? And how do we define success? After working so hard to achieve the goal in our life, are we really happy with these achievements? What’s the point of striving so hard to get what we want when we are actually doing all these just to meet other people’s expectation toward us or just for the sake of proving other people that we are not as weak as they thought? What’s the point of having all the things that you want and desired but there is no one to share your happiness with you?

Is there any method or way for us to get happiness? How to be happy? And most important is that are you happy now?

Looks like it is another way of asking the meaning of life. Well, life is always complicated when you think that it is while it can also be simple when you think that it is simple. Believe in yourself. Follow your heart. Happiness is not hard to get. All you need to do is to believe. =)

Learning to find a balance

I am still learning. Learning to find a balance point in my life. Sometimes, when you are in a relationship, you will find that time are always not enough. There are so many things to take care of. Your family, yourself, your boyfriend or girlfriend, friends around you and also your studies. Now I can understand how envy my friends of me when I say single is the best during the time when they are in a relationship while I am still single. Really… How true the statement is. I am not feeling regret with my choice. It is just that sometimes I do feel like I want to have a private time for myself so that I can breathe and rest quietly in a corner where no one can find me or disturb me.

I am still learning to adapt to this change in my life. To be a good daughter and good sister to my family, to be a good and trustworthy friend to my gang of friends, a caring and understanding girlfriend to my boyfriend, and also self-initiated and self-disciplined students. Feel like I am an actress in real life where I have so many roles to play with. Haha… Who knows maybe I can have a Best Actress Award in some day. Hehe… *Daydreaming again* -_-”

By the way, I just know about a Japanese singer, Emi Fujita. Previously, she is one of the members for Le Couple. Their famous song is “Hidamari no Uta” in album Hitotsu Yane no Shita 2. It is the theme for the Japanese drama “Under the Same Roof”. Hehe… I wonder does anyone know about this drama. I watched it when I was in primary school. A very touching story about the strong bonds between a family where all the siblings are separated when they were young and then come back to stay together when they are grown up. Hehe… Her voice gives me a warmth feeling with her 2 songs “Once in a very blue moon” and “First of May”. Feel like want to have a copy of her album. Have to do some survey first. Hehe…

Well, today it’s a day which I feel like I have so many thoughts and ideas in my mind and I want to put them in words to share with those who care for me all these while. Don’t worry. I will be all right soon. =) However, I must say that it is not easy to have a good control over the balancing thingy in your life. Hope I will from some advices or guidance from someone experienced in it. Hehe…

Currently, I am in extremely busy state. Maybe the level of busy-ness may increase in end of February and whole month of March where every final year students are busy with their Final Year Project. So am I. =(

Another thing to handle in this end of semester is finding the company for industrial training. Writing the letter and preparing a nicely presented resume with a picture of you with a serious face. To be serious, it is quite a hard thing for me sometimes. Haha…

Today is the 4th day of Chinese New Year. How time flies!!! Looking forward to have New Year come on New Year eve, but now I am a bit sad because most of my friends are going back to KL today. =(

First day, had a gathering with my secondary school friends. Really enjoyed hanging out with you guys. Friends forever. =)

Just come back to Johor for 4 days and I have been busy helping my mum with Chinese New Year stuffs.

Cleaning the house and tidying up the house. “Vacuum cleaning” the house and mopping the floor… After seeing the place become so clean, feeling a sense of satisfaction. I am so proud of myself. Hehe.. Phew… But… Due to my sensitive nose, I keep sneezing… Aiyo…

Yesterday, I helped my mum make pineapple tarts. Enjoy making these tarts although it’s tiring. When I see the tarts that I have made, I was so happy. Again… a great sense of satisfaction. So happy!!! Wanna try my homemade pineapple tarts?? Hehe… Come to my home during this Chinese New Year ya. Hehe…

How I wish I can freeze the time so that I can have this moment forever...
There are many things that are beyond your ability to have control over it...
I wish I have more time to play, to study, to rest and to do Final Year Project.

I will be start teaching on next Monday. Become a lab demo for Prolog Programming. At the same time, I have to make sure that I do have some output for my Final Year Project.
It's sad to say that I still cannot overcome the texturing problem although my supervisor did give me some clues for that part.
I feel so bad about that. Feel that I do not work hard enough... =(

I will be going back to Johor on next Thursday. Two weeks holiday for Chinese New Year is kinda long. Gonna skip some classes. Hehe.

A new semester

It’s a start of a new semester and it is also my last semester here. I do not feeling like I am in a semester instead I am feeling that I am here just to spend my last semester. I will be having my final exam in university for the last time and I have to complete my final year project in this semester. Wow. It’s going to be a busy semester.

There are many interesting subjects in this semester. Natural Language Processing (NLP), Life Span Development, Phenomenon Cognitive Modeling and Hubungan Etnik. I am looking forward to learn more about life span development which is related to human development psychology. As human, we encountered many stages of changes from the physical, cognitive and socioemotional aspects. I want to understand and know more about how do we as a human are able to overcome these changes and development in so many aspects with our intelligence, knowledge and experience. It should be an interesting subject although there are many theories and terms to be memorized. Natural Language Processing can be a burdening subject as it is related to Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology. Making a machine that possesses intelligence as human does in dealing with problems related to language. That’s really challenging.

By the way, there are 2 new shopping malls opened in Kuching recently. Finally, there are shopping malls that are better than the existing old Riverside shopping center and Sarawak Plaza in Kuching here. Having their first Sushi King and Kenny Rogers branch opened here. Wah... There will be more variety in future. Hehe.

First Year juniors...

A new year, a new start, a new hope

Year 2007 is coming to an end. Well, I can say that I have learnt a lot in this year. To become a stronger person, to learn about the true friendship, to have a clearer vision and idea of my future and my life, learn to cherish what I am having now, and also learn to be a better person that can make people around me feel happy and make myself be happy with who I am.

Going to have a brand new year 2008. Erm… I hope I can
- Be patient with people and problems that I encountered.
- Spend money wisely. Don’t buy anything unnecessary.
- Be firmer with the decision I have made.
- Do my best to help people around me.
- Complete my final year project in time.
- Do not think too much. Have a simpler mind.
- Go traveling. Destination: Sabah, Miri, Brunei, Penang and Singapore. Haha. Maybe I would only able to go one of the destinations. Time and financial constraints. Hehe.
- Secure a good job and lead a simple life. This is very important.

That’s all I can think for now. Do not dare to have big dreams or high expectations. Is it what we called being realistic? As we grow older, we have to be more realistic and down-to-earth than before. Having wishful thinking and impractical dreams will just disappoint and hurt you more.

A few days left to be in Johor and there will be lots of works and challenges for me once I am back to UNIMAS. Gonna miss this holiday. Happy year 2008!!! =)

Merry Christmas!!!

It’s a Christmas with nothing to do. It’s sad to say that there is no anyone asks me out for celebration today. Sigh…
Still have 10 more days before going back to UNIMAS. There are many things that I need to complete in this semester. Must work harder than last semester. Gambate! =)
Went out for movie with a friend yesterday. Have known him for about 7 years. Hehe. But we never take any picture together before. Haha.

Watched I am Legend. This is my second movie in this holiday. Erm... It’s a movie that is a bit similar with Resident Evil that I watched last time. Killing vampires and facing attacks from them. In the end, the hero sacrifices himself and he found the antibodies to save the people in world. The story line is not very interesting or exciting, but it does have some meanings to the viewers. Erm… This reminds me of something. Something that is related to the meaning of Christmas. Got it? Hehe.

Mixed Feelings...

Having mixed feelings now. Don't know how to go on. Am I doing the right thing? To decide, it's a hard thing. I thought it would never happen to me again. I thought I can just go on with my life without anything to bother me. I thought it was simple. Would it be like what I experienced in the past? I hate liars and hypocrite. Could it be real? I thought I was dreaming to be in this again. Why am I have least confidence in myself?
Maybe it is real, maybe it's not a lie, maybe it's what I should have. Maybe this is the right time. Maybe I should just take it easy.
Forget the past and move on. Yet, the past are so clear and vivid in my mind. Please give me more courage to face this, to have a clearer mind and to make a better decision. I don't want to hurt anyone or get hurt. I wish everyone can be happy everyday. Smilez... =)
Oh ya. Just back from the christmas musical "The Invisible Cloak" in MMU. It's really a great show. To my dear friend, I am so proud of you. Hope to have more time hanging out with you next time. See ya. =)

Came to KL on last Tuesday. Had 3 days gathering with a gang of friends from Matriculation college before. We are staying at UKM here. This is the first time I come to UKM. It's really different from UNIMAS.

Yesterday, we went to sing karaoke at GreenBox and Eye On Malaysia. We had a great time there although the trip is quite tiring. Haha.

Last few days, had a gathering with my friends in hometown. We have known each others since we were in primary schools. Somehow we are still keeping touch with each other although all of us are in different schools after primary. It’s really fun to hanging out with them. Whenever I am back to hometown, they will sure bring me out because I am quite a passive type sometimes. Haha…
Friends that come together for who we really are. Without any other intentions that may hurt anyone. The true meaning of friends. Sharing, listening to each others and always be there for each other, and I really treasure all these.
Maybe there is some kind of chemistry that make people come together and become closed eventually. Without this special chemistry, maybe you and I would not meet and not even know each others. Be it fate, special arrangement of God or just a coincidence, it is something that we should treasure and appreciate.
No matter how the times change, I hope that we can be good friends forever and ever. =)

I have been home for a week. In these days, I have been working on my final year project, doing household chores, cooking, hanging out with friends and watching TV. =) A holiday with super tough project to be done. =(
For now, I think my final year project worrying me the most. Maybe it’s really beyond my ability to build a system about astronomy learning using augmented reality technology and OpenGL. I know I can’t give up and I can’t run away from it. It is my choice after all. But, I really have no idea how carry on. With all the errors in the coding, time constraint and self expectations, they are pushing me. I know I just need to work harder and harder to get it done in time.
Just started the first episode of “Heroes”. A nice drama series. Wow. It is really cool to see those people with supernatural powers. Especially the Japanese guy who has the ability to stop the time. He is so funny. Haha. How I wish I can have the power to stop the time, then I can have more time to do my project. Haha. Wish me good luck. =)

When we are feeling down and need someone to talk with, we can always rely on our parents. But what if parents have unsolved problems or face difficulties in life? Are we a good listener to them?
Why do people get married? I don’t understand. Divorce, breaking up, rebellious children, conflict between family members, facing financial problems to make ends meet and lots more. All these negative side of marriage are disappointing and discouraging.
I am disappointed with that, too. With love, can all these problems be solved? Totally? Giving yourself to someone that you can trust for the rest of your life is a great philosophy. No one would know what will happen in future. No one can predict that. No one can determine your life and your happiness. It’s all in your hands… May all the loving couples in this world live happily ever after. =)

I am back!!! Yeah.... Will be staying in home for one month. Kinda long holiday, but i have to spend most of the time developing system for my final year project. Kinda stressed.... Argghhh...
Anyway, it's really good to be home again.. Home sweet home...
Strained my neck yesterday. It's painful!!! Went to chinese physician just now. Wow... There are 4 red marks on my back and shoulders now because the doctor put something like the glass bottle on my body. It's really painful... Must watch out of muscle strain in future. I don't wish to end up there again....

Last Friday, I got a chance to play bowling for the first time in my life and also it is the first time I play bowling in Kuching. But, the place is not in UNIMAS. It’s a bowling center in Crown Plaza, a famous shopping complex in Kuching but it’s very small. Erm... After this game, I know that I really need to brush up my skills. Really....

Before going to play bowling, I had an “educational” trip with a bunch of friends who taking education course in UNIMAS here. Oh my god, they suggested to go to DinoTrek which is like an exhibition about dinosaurs for kids. Can you imagine that? A few girls who aged 21 and above go to a place with a bunch of kids running and chasing around. That’s really… erm…kinda boring to me. Sorry to say that. Haha. Maybe I will enjoy doing this when I am a mother in future. Haha.

Got no mood to study this few days. Friends are going back in these few days. Erm... I mean they are going back earlier than me. *sob, sob*
Today, supposed to go the bowling center in UNIMAS to play bowling for the first time in my life. Yeah. The very first time. Haha. What a shame. I never played bowling before. Always been a passer by at bowling center. Hehe.
By the way, I am glad to announce that there is a bowling center in UNIMAS. Great, right? Haha. But, sad to say that I never been there before. Going to grad next year soon. I must make sure that I step my feet into the bowling center before I grad. Haha.
Next week, I will be back. Hope that day can come faster. Have been studying for the finance, pressing the calculator, working on the formula and equations. Oh my god. It's killing me!!!
